A Fathers blessings for his child.
I have watched over you for all of these years,
I am proud of you, you are the perfect child I say with tears.
In this house we may not be apples of the same tree,
never the less – we love you, we want you to be free.
Your mother and I saw you grow up in front of our very eyes,
may the Lord’s blessing be upon you like the stars in the skies.
I wish to you joy, peace, happiness and love,
remember – without God there is non of the above.
Over the years and even now, I tried to teach you His way,
all I can do for now – is to plant the seed, water and pray.
As your father – I see you my young beautiful fresh water spring,
getting polluted with social media, propaganda and even the music you sing.
When I tell you these things, you say in your heart that I am overboard,
don’t trust anything from this world even when it tells you about our Lord.
Come my dear child, open your Bible – read the truth for yourself,
when you pray – ask the Holy Spirit to teach you secrets of real wealth.
Fill your little lamp with the love of Jesus Christ – become the light,
when life’s storms come for you, that you may stand upright.
For if you should choose to follow the LORD,
love Him with all of your heart, soul, mind and strength.
